It would be nice to have a program that could control the screen resolution, with these features in mind:

  • Show information about the GPU maximum resolution, the current resolution, the current viewport resolution, and the screen aspect ratio
  • Set (max) resolution while keeping the current aspect ratio
  • Set (max) resolution while keeping the screen aspect ratio
  • Set (max) resolution without any aspect ratio checks
